Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a changing and dynamic environment.

● Manage end-to-end Completions activities for each project including:

1. Subcontractor/Customer engagement.

2. Design, construction and Field engagement.

3. Communication and reporting

● Be responsible for the movement of work orders from Job complete to Practical completion granted.

● Ensure adherence to Client and Internal KPI and SLA’s

● Liaise with design & field to ensure program is on track and within SLA timeframes from Construction Complete

milestone to Project Completed

● Process activities in priority of project completion order.

● Ensure all shared mailboxes are effectively managed.

● Be responsible for upskilling and cross training of new coordinators where required.

● Work with team to carry out final commercial checks for project completion.

● Ensure all changes to projects are captured and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

● Update trackers multiple times per week on the overall status of open projects.

● Ensure all process documentation is utilised to support critical thinking and action of Jobs/Projects

● To act in accordance with relevant HSE (Health and Safety and Environmental) Legislation and the Company’s matrix of HSE responsibilities

● To act in accordance with relevant Quality processes implemented by the Company.

● To perform all specified duties under the company’s ISO & AS/NZS accredited Management Systems and Federal Safety Commissioner.

● Attend and participate in team/ business unit/corporate activities, meetings, and day to day work activities demonstrating respect and consideration for individuals and their experiences and expertise.

● Communicate constructively to other team members and/ or company employees.
