Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee telecom infrastructure site activities, including installation, swap-out, upgrade, and decommissioning works

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth site execution

  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and progress monitoring

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and completion reports

  • Verify materials, tools, and manpower readiness prior to site deployment

  • Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and delays promptly

  • Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings and acceptance reports
