Certification-to-Role Mapping

• Map employee certifications to the corresponding job titles.

• Ensure certifications meet the competency requirements for each role.

• Identify expired, missing, or non-compliant certifications and escalate for action.

• Maintain accurate records of all certifications in line with compliance standards.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

• Analyse gaps in employee certifications and feed into the TNA.

• Ensure the TNA captures mandatory refresher training, licence renewals, and upskilling requirements.

• Collaborate with managers to review and approve training plans.

• Track completion of training programs and monitor compliance.

Onboarding & Documentation Management

• Verify and match all employee onboarding documentation.

• Follow up on missing documentation to ensure completeness.

• Manage fixed-line contract issuance, including framework agreements and SOWs via Adobe Sign.

• Oversee mobile workforce onboarding and contract management.

Compliance Monitoring & KPI Management

• Ensure 100% compliance of all subcontractors regarding certifications and training.

• Monitor ongoing compliance with mandatory and role-specific training requirements.

• Flag any compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.

System & Data Management

• Maintain and update certification and training records in SEERA and Bekon systems.

• Ensure data integrity during system transitions and alignment between platforms.

• Utilize Bekon as the primary platform for certification mapping, TNA management, expiry monitoring, and compliance tracking.
